New things.

So there's now an Arkala soundcloud account, It will have bits and pieces uploaded there from time to time for you to check out. Also Time draws closer to our album being recorded with the great 'Lynn Cassiers' also with a gig to mark the album's recording at Ort Cafe as a trio, be sure not to miss it!

We will be playing a short set as a part of Sonic Asylum on Friday the 2nd March at the edge in digbeth, and then a longer set on the 21st March at Ort cafe.

More bits and pieces...

So tonight we just played a nice little 2 song set at 6/8 kafe for there first year birthday party!

And also we're doing a gig on the 2nd of march at The Edge in Digbeth as part of the quarterly run evening known as 'Sonic Asylum'

And have some dates in the pipeline for spring at the bullshead in moseley and the sunflower lounge in town.

Arkala in the future...

We are happy to announce we will be performing at bexhill-on-sea's De La Warr Pavilion on November 25th. This night is a part of their 'random fridays' series and is completely free!

Also we have been discussing dates with the Ikon Gallery in Birmingham and will be playing music for 4 friday nights, the exact dates for these are not confirmed but will be soon so look at this space...

We have spent the day working on a new E.P. which you can hear and download for free, by clicking the image above.
We recorded the whole thing in my (Ben's) front room. A big thanks to Ashley Trigg for recording us so well, we are really pleased with the results and hope you will be too!
